Jesus said to His Disciples:

“I do not call you servants any longer, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you [My] friends, because I have revealed to you everything that I have heard from My Father.” John 15:15

Many followers of Jesus stood by Jesus’ ministry- the Disciples, the woman who travelled with them, the 70 that He sent out, Joseph of Arimathea, Nicodemus a member of the Sanhedrin, Martha, Mary and Lazarus at whose home He stayed when He was in Jerusalem, and many, many more.

​

These friends were a great support for Jesus as He focussed on extending the Kingdom of God during His earthly ministry. At Salem we are deeply appreciative of all the support we are receiving to assist our ministry to extend the Kingdom.

 

The aim of our “Journey through the Bible” walk is to tell the story of God’s enduring love, to the point of sending His Son, Jesus our Messiah, to atone for our sins so that we can be in right standing with Him. Healing, Salvation and Relationship are the wonderful gifts with which He blesses us.  This is the Good News that we share with our visitors! Many hundreds have heard this message of Salvation and Hope in the peace and tranquillity of the Garden.
